Hermann IV, count of Saffenberg and Nörvenich, Vogt of Cornelimünster und St. Martin in Cologne (born 1041, died 1091)
A generation is missing, looking at the death date and the birth date. Adolf II of Lothringen lived 1002 to 1041 and Adolf I of Berg lived from 1078 to 21 July 1160. Herman II lord of Saffenberg is supposedly the son of Herman I of Lothringen and his brother is Steffan Saffenberg (abbot of Prüm 993-1001).
